2008 - Project Lead in both Siemens Pharmacy and Med Admin Check. Worked to implement a CHE model while meeting the unique needs of each hospital.
2007 Project Lead in the Med Admin Check projec. Very complex project in a large, metropolitan hospital, concurrent with a Physician Order Entry system. Challenging interfaces with multiple down-stream systems.
2007 Project Lead in implementing the Charge-on-Chart feature of Med Admin Check system.
2007 Project Lead in Siemens Pharmacy. Large urban hospital undergoing system-wide upgrades in technology and information systems. Challenging teamwork to accomplish the hospitals goals and resolve issues within the organization.
