EpicCare System Design and Implementation Support Analyst
• Support EPIC Ambulatory Clinical System for the optimization of the EpicCare Ambulatory System for specialties departments.

• Provide support and maintenance of CHOP Ambulatory network. Specific responsibilities include:
• Facilitate the use of technology by the end-user and to insure that the software system is performing at its highest performance level.
• Trains less experienced personnel on application
• Roll out and implementation plan for EpicCare Ambulatory, Scheduling and Registration, Patrice Management and Resolute for Specialties while assisting, training and supporting end users.
• Supporting the end users during go-live by providing on-site support, working on issues and elevating appropriate issues.
• Serving as a liaison for EpicCare Ambulatory, Scheduling and Registration, Patrice Management and Resolute for Specialties and Pediatric teams.
• Checking and changing of Users security, building appointment for test patients in the system and creating provider schedule for the Users test patients as well as arriving all the test patients.
• Testing SmartSets links, to make sure that all the different SmartSets are working and link correctly. Doing seniors to make sure that the various SmartSets can be retrieving at the different Satellite Centers when they are log in.
• Providing issue resolution and updates for the end users and working with other trainers to make appropriate changes to the training materials.
• Facilitating brain storming sessions and completed departmental walk through with Scenarios and Exercises for the end users.
• Prioritizes reviews and responds to user requests and participates in user meetings • Assisting end users in creating their Preference lists, and assisting in developing standardized workflows and creating Physician specific SmartSets.
• Checking and changing of Users security, building appointment for test patients in the system and creating provider schedule.
